This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all transactions for livescan fingerprinting services provided by Helping Hands Training and Consulting Inc (“Company”, “we”, or “us”). By scheduling and receiving our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.
1. No Refunds
All purchases of livescan fingerprinting services are final. Once payment is made and the service appointment is conducted, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided. This policy applies to all services, regardless of the circumstances.
2. Scheduling and Appointment Cancellation
Appointments must be booked in advance according to the procedures provided by the Company.If you need to reschedule, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible; however, rescheduling is subject to availability.
3. Fingerprint Reprocessing
In the event that the fingerprint images captured during your appointment are deemed not acceptable for submission due to quality issues (such as smudging, poor alignment, or other technical discrepancies as identified by the reviewing authority), the Company will provide a reprocessing of your fingerprints free of charge. This complimentary reprocessing applies solely to cases where the fingerprints do not meet the acceptance criteria, ensuring that you are not burdened with additional fees for correcting issues that occur during the initial process. Please note that while we take every precaution to capture high-quality prints, adherence to pre-service guidelines is essential, and subsequent reprocessing requests beyond the free service may be subject to additional fees at our discretion.
4. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with the scheduling of our livescan fingerprinting services.
5. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. It is the responsibility of the client to review this Policy periodically.
